I had a great experience at Rehab Center of Beverly Hills while my grandfather was recovering from hip surgery. The care team is attentive, organized, and clearly works well together. Communication is strong, and they make you feel supported the whole time. Elham, the dietitian who speaks Farsi, was a great help and is part of the team, adding to that overall quality of care.

And mgmt is very aware in all honesty! Read on … for full truthful review of apprx June/July 2025 HORRIBLE experience ‼️🙄🤷🏼‍♀️ ‼️Beware‼️Did not get blood pressure meds first night – very dangerous with fam history including couple deaths. Should not have taken patient if couldnt get meds in time. Very dangerouse. Terribly overmedicated while there witnessed by couple dif friends without ever questioning pain/need level Almost choked on own vonit while nurse watched and kept lowering head back while I was visibly choking, unable to breath or talk! Held against will – 2 friends had to come rescue and had to sign out against recommendations. Never saw or heard doc name. Verrry scary bad place except for nice day nurse. Others downright scary +mean + other nice OT + PT. (Forgot — REMINDED BY SIBLING, Mother almost died there 15 yrs prior , fell out of bed in hospice; Facility was under dif name + ownersgip back then). Am orried for future older more feeble patieents w/no one to advocate or watch for. Terrible neglectful dangerous place. Home alone is far safer. Referred by Cedars hospital case worker … Never again! Beware‼️No melodrama ,,, lucky friends rescued and got me out in time. Called 911 who had nerve to defend the rehab instead taking cry for help serioisly … What a NIGHTMARE! LITERALLY LUCKY TO STILL BE ALIVE‼️ DO NOT GO HERE OR HAVE A LOVED ONE GO HERE‼️ Hope this helps someone in future. Cant stress enough‼️They dont know gow to handle patients of sound mind who are competent, and others shouldn’t be here. My name is Mr Louis Nash¡! I stayed there at the rehab center of B.H. Lena from activities was so great!!! Treated me like family!!! Therapy department was also great 👍🏾¡! The food 🥝 was good as well !!! I would luv to come back , if I had a choice,if something went wrong with me .. I’m going back there hands down 👇🏾!!!!

Rehab Centre of Beverly Hills did an amazing job taking care of my aunt. she is a very picky eater, but she really loved the food. she felt really welcomed, cared for, and happy during her stay. me and our family are so thankful for the kindness and attention she received.

Beverly Hills Rehab has been amazing. The staff is so caring and professional. My mom loves the people and the food as well. The rehab department is tremendous and she has come such a long way because of them. Our family is very grateful for all the help and support they have given us.

I was just a visitor, I brought my girlfriend her cat for a visit. The staff was warm and welcoming and enjoyed meeting Gordie. It was good therapy for my girlfriend too who is the patient.

In talking with my sister , in your place has not gotten a shower in a week. She also said some food is not cooked thoroughly . She is not satisfied with the care she is getting. She is in room 203B, Louise O. Perhaps you can get her on a schedule for better care.

The worst rehabilitation. Negligent. They don’t give their pills to them on time. They leave them im their soiled feces for long periods of time where when I went for a visit all I saw was patients crying. One patient had thrown up and they didn’t come to help her clean herself. She was just laying there begging for help. This place needs to be shut down.

How can they have a woman working there who is rude? I went to see a relative and she was with a cleaning lady and I asked her if I could come in because my relative needed something and she was very rude when I spoke to her and she is a woman who is not using her real name, she is using a fake name, she calls herself Silvia Sanchez when her real name is Mariela Sanchez. This place had a good reputation. I thought they were more professional when hiring people. Be careful who you hire. Something is wrong, nobody knows who they will hold responsible.

I will try for directions and I look forward to Rehabilitation and nursing home 14 hours for my grandma was 86 years old she need going to the nursing home learn about the community health. Communication physical therapist team to help her she needs help with her activities

This rehabilitation facility is disorganized and unsanitary. Multiple patient rooms are extremely dirty, with a thick layer of dust on the fans and ant infestations. Some staff members are unprofessional, with inappropriate and even aggressive behavior. On one occasion, a staff member gave a hostile response to a visitor who asked for assistance for their husband. Another staff member was seen staring at a visitor in a leering manner. My friend, whose loved one is a patient there, is concerned about the quality of care. The loved one has been acting strangely, leading my friend to worry they may have been overmedicated with painkillers. My friend has also witnessed a general lack of professionalism toward patients and their families. The head nurses appear untrained and unprofessional, which may contribute to the poor atmosphere. These issues, along with a potential lack of staffing, suggest a need for a thorough evaluation of the facility. The complaints from multiple people indicate a significant problem that needs to be addressed by the owners. This is overalls review the actual experience Were expressed broadly . Otherwise was worse rehab we ever experienced!.

This is not the same establishment it was five years ago …. They do not care ! 1. Staff sit around family lounge and front lobby while visitors stand waiting . 2. Family lounge is lunch spot for staff 3. Care is below standard and PT department is terrible ! Been there three times to request a progress report and nothing forthcoming ! My mother needs also a two person assist to get up so they schedule one person , once a day for 20 minutes …. And then you wonder why they haven’t progressed ! No follow up , no family meeting unless you push hard ! Promises for call backs and none ! Can’t say enough bad things about this terrible experience and will transfer out of there as soon as able !!

The best nurse I’ve had is Sonia. When I see her I know I’ll be in good hands and taken care of. She is great.

I visited a patient here and the experience was stellar throughout. From the valet being friendly and courteous to the front desk staff welcoming me and showing genuine interest in their visitors. The facility is clean and I did ask a woman for guidance and it was on-point. I found my way and enjoyed the ambience.

I was visiting someone for the 3rd time in about 2 weeks or so and my impression is that the staff is very helpful and caring….my friend who i was visiting said she really likes the staff to but that the food is almost I edible…mind u, ..my friend I was visiting used to be a food writer for the LA Times and the New Youk Times and other well known food magazines I can only rate u on my experience as a visitor but that should be worth a lot …oh..also as a visitor the parking is a big problem and the Valet never seems to be around!
